(The office is closed during snack and nap time between noon and 2 p.m., and will remain closed until 4 p.m. for pick-ups.)

Payment Policies
This helps make pick-up time much easier for everybody. (You don't have to try signing your check or receipt with a bouncing dog tugging at your elbow.) It will also help us to clarify your pick-up date in advance.
Your reservation will not be guaranteed until we receive a $75 deposit either by credit card or by check. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your dog’s stay with us. This deposit is non-refundable. If you make changes to or cancel your reservation up to 14 days in advance of the first night of your reservation, the $75 deposit will be credited to a future reservation.
When boarding on a busy holiday, payment in full is required 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation. If full payment is not made within 14 days of the boarding reservation, we may release your spot to another customer.
If you return home early and pick up your dog prior to the scheduled pick-up date, we cannot issue a refund for the unused days. Please realize, too, that we may not be able to send your dog and bedding home as clean as we would on your scheduled pick-up day.
