Payment Policies

Pay in full when you drop off your dog
This will help make pick-up time much easier for everybody. (No more trying to sign your check or receipt with a bouncing dog tugging at your elbow.) It will also help us to clarify your pick-up date in advance.

Non-refundable deposit required to book a reservation.
Your reservation will not be guaranteed until we receive a $50 deposit either by credit card or by check. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your dog’s stay with us. This deposit is non-refundable. If you make changes to or cancel your reservation at least seven days in advance of the first night of your reservation, the $50 deposit will be credited to a future reservation.

No refunds for early pick-up.
If you return home early and pick up your dog prior to the scheduled pick-up date, we cannot issue a refund for the unused days. Please realize, too, that we may not be able to send your dog and bedding home as clean as we would on your scheduled pick-up day.
